Superbowl 2010

I was wondering what team you thought would win the superbowl. These are the teams I think have the best chance.





PATRIOTS:

The one word I have is WELKER!!! What happened? What coach in the NFL plays their top receiver in a game that doesn't matter? Even with Welker down I think the Pats have a shot at winning the superbowl. Let's not forget that Moss and Brady are still there and the offensive line is great. The defense is also coming together and healthy. Even though Belechick made a mistake with Welker he still has three superbowl rings and he always has a backup plan. Watch out for rookie, Edleman, who will be starting in place of Welker. Even though its not fair to put the responsibilities of Welker on a rookie, Edleman has shown talent for a guy who was a quarterback in college and has never played wide receiver before.



SAINTS:

The Saints are tough and ran over the Patriots like a truck over a pothole. Drew Breese is having a pro-bowl year and can run up the score board with any quarterback in the league. Their running backs are solid and their wide receivers have put up great numbers. Their defense is not the best, but they make big plays. If they come up against a strong defense they will have to put up a lot of points.



CHARGERS:

The Chargers are on fire. They have won 11 games in a row. They scare me to death. The Patriots will have to go through San Diego if they are going to make it to the Superbowl and that will not be easy. The Chargers also have a week off so although it might break their momentum they will be well rested.



VIKINGS:

As much as I don't like Bret Favre, you can't count him out. He can make some great thows but he can also go out and throw five interceptions. He's as unpredicable on the field as he is in deciding about his retirement. Peterson, their running back is the best in the league but he doesn't touch the ball enough because Favre wants to do it all himself. If they give ball to Peterson more and Favre can put his ego aside, they will be tough.

Patriots VS. Saints in the Superbowl.
